	Delaware City is a quaint riverfront community proud of its rich history and excited about the future. 	What's New Congratulations to newly elected Councilmember John Buchheit and to Ron Graham and John Martin on their reelection. Congratulations as well to new Vice-Mayor Paul Parets. The new Council was sworn into office on April 14.
